Arrgh! Stumble says that since I'm the first to thumb this page, I have to do a thumbs-up; which I will actually do for the site hatecrime.org. It's all the thumb-downs I can imagine for Phelps however. They say that during the Holocaust, if everyone had said they were Jewish, there would have been too many for Hitler to kill without attracting worldwide notice. I can't really claim to be gay (long-time hubby, 3 kids, 3 grandkids) but I'll stand by Matthew Shepard's mother (proudly) as a mother (proud) of a gay child. I really love Jesus too but I'm pretty damn sure he'd be standing with me and Matthew's mom and NOT Phelps.
